Neuroscience is an extremely broad discipline with many avenues for scientific exploration, but I am most interested in psychiatry. Previously, I conducted research at QMH to identify other mental disorder which correlates with anxiety disorder in autism spectrum disorder children, I hope to further explore the intricate relationships between neuroscience and psychiatry. In addition to clinical research, I participated in public health research at the National Health Commission of the PRC in alleviating poverty and improving health outcomes in Hebei Province

As a year 3 medical student, I may not have as much exposure or knowledge as some of my peers at HKSAN but as the director of the Clinical department I hope to increase clinical exposure to other students interested in neuroscience.
