Executive Officer, Department of Scientific Research

I have always been fascinated by the inner workings of the human brain - how the anatomy and physiology of neurons and neural networks are so complicated but possess the ability to cooperate beautifully as a single unit. This is the place where our consciousness, awareness, thoughts and dreams emerge. More importantly, through understanding and discovering about this vital organ, we are closer than ever before to treating and curing neurological diseases.

I am currently studying Medicine in the University of Hong Kong as a final year student. My main interests are in big data analysis, pharmacoepidemiology, and currently on sleep medicine. As medical students, it is our prime time to read more about innovations related to neuroscience and learn about its impact on health. I hope our efforts could contribute to the scientific community in the future.
