Students are invited to submit abstracts of the following types of research studies in the neuroscience field for consideration by HKSAN for an oral presentation.

• Basic laboratory research

• Translational research

• Clinical research

• Public health research

• Reviews and meta-analysis

For Best Oral Presentation Award, presenting authors must give the presentation in person or live online. For Best Scientific Poster Award, presenting authors must be able to print the poster and present in person.

​

Abstract submissions will either be accepted for oral presentation or poster category.

​​

A panel of judges composed of professionals in neuroscience will decide on the award winners for Best Oral Presentation Award and Best Scientific Poster Award. Oral Presentation Session and poster judging will take place on 30 August 2025 (Sat) while the Prize Presentation Ceremony will take place on 31 August 2025 (Sun).
